Jane Kerrison spent decades of her life overcoming debilitating anxiety. Now she works to help others find relief from stress, anxiety and worry. Join her for an afternoon of discussion, meditation and asana (the physical postures of yoga), as she guides you through some of the techniques that she found most helpful in bringing her through fear and into peace. The afternoon includes a Sloane Loose Leaf Tea and Homebaked Treat.
You’ll leave this workshop with new ideas and tangible techniques that you can bring into your life to help transform the way you experience stress and anxiety.
