Can’t touch your toes? No worries! Yoga is not just for super flexible & fit people; yoga is for everyone. Our all levels class (titled as Yoga) will help you feel better in your body through breath focused movements. Enjoy stillness, peace, and increased physical confidence through the practice of yoga.


Let’s move! Flow yoga is all about matching yoga poses to the rhythm of your breath. This breath focused practice combines poses that will both strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Some experience in yoga is helpful, but this class can be modified for students of all levels. (Note: Hot Flow is taught in the same style in a room heated to 90℉

Yoga and Self Massage

Yoga and Self Massage playfully combines elements of yoga, calisthenics, body therapy and stress reduction. The poses, sequences and routines quickly identify and strengthen ‘body blind spots’ – areas of the body that tend to get underused and are typically the catalyst for pain and injury. Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, this class approaches the body as a living archaeological dig, probing layers of muscles, tendons, connective tissues and joints, ultimately excavating unhealthy tension patterns and moving you back into physiological balance.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props are often used for a safe practice and to allow the body to fully relax into achieve each pose. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching, while releasing stress and tension.

Yin/Yang Yoga

Yin/Yang combines gentle breath focused movements with a soft, meditative yin practice.These two styles compliment each other in a class that will both build heat and relaxation in your body. A great practice for anyone looking to learn yoga poses and slow down the pace of their busy day.
