Private yoga sessions are a great option for beginners, students who are dealing with injuries, are uncomfortable in group classes, or prefer one on one attention. Working with Jenna Switzer, Strathmere’s Yoga and Wellness Manager, students can expect to have sequences designed for their body’s needs that include: traditional and contemporary yoga poses, self massage, balance work and breathing (pranyama) techniques, hands on adjustments, and much more!
