Weddings A La Carte

Create your own custom menu for your special day, with help from our wedding coordinators and chefs. We have a huge variety of options to choose from, everything from seasonal hors d’oeuvres and punches during a cocktail hour, to beef, poultry, fish, lamb or vegetarian main courses. Contact us to build your menu.

Pricing will vary depending on what menu items you choose. There’s also a facility rental fee, listed below, that varies depending on the venue and the day of the week.  It is discounted when choosing a Wedding in Season Package, gourmet menus curated by head chef, Angelo Camposarcone, depending on what is available locally and from our gardens.

Ivory linen lap length tablecloths and napkins, oil lanterns, flatware, glassware and dinnerware, tables and chairs, DJ table, gift table and cake table. Ivory floor length linen and chair covers are included with all-inclusive packages. There are also many options to upgrade your linen, and arrange for special furnishings.

Romantic vintage lighting over patios for your first dance “Al Fresco”, mini-lighting on split rail fences, and entrances decorated with urns filled with plans, flowers and edibles throughout the growing season.

The beautiful Heritage Garden, the fountain, and so many other pockets of pretty areas for photographs.

Strathmere offers 50% off facility fees & reduced minimums for last minute evening weddings on Fridays and Saturdays (within 5 months) and for weddings taking place between Nov 1 – May 14. Excluding Holidays.
