A series of stretches and breathing techniques to help you relax, unwind and bring renewed energy

Private 45-minute Yoga or Stretch (as above) and finish with a soak in the outdoor hot tubs. Change rooms with lockers, showers and towels included.

Winter Trek
Snowshoe after the meeting or under the stars with headlights to light your way – $15/person
