Experience the gentle and transformative practice of ‘yoga sleep’ to ease your way into the holiday season. About Chantal

Chantal Houde completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and is currently teaching in Ottawa and completing a 300-hr yoga therapy training. She has led a number of Yoga Nidra workshops and supported students in healing from PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and sciatica in Canada and South America. Chantal has also written for Yoga International, Elephant Journal, and other publications about how to bring lessons learned through yoga and meditation practice into everyday life. She is passionate about nature, travel and balancing the nervous system through yoga and wellness.
