Yoga for Hips & Low Back
Join Strathmere’s Yoga & Wellness manager, Jenna Switzer for this three week series that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, & relieve pain in your hips and low back. Using a combination of breath work, mobility tools, & yoga poses, these classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
