Jenna & Kristy will guide you through an intentional movement practice to inspire and develop your meditation.
Combining yoga postures, simple hand gestures (mudras), breath work (pranayam), and guided meditations,
this class will leave you feeling calm and peaceful.
Weather permitting, classes to take place ‘al fresco’, in one of our beautiful outdoor spaces.
