Introduction to Meditation

Learn to meditate with Kim Bolton. In this 6-week course we will learn the foundational steps of meditation and mindfulness practices. These sessions are not about shutting off your mind, rather it is about trying to turn your mind from enemy into a valued ally. From those foundations of practice, we will explore ways to invite mindfulness into our daily lives.
