Happy Feet Ball Bliss & Flow
In this playful session, you will learn Yoga Tune Up® self-massage techniques as well as a fun yoga flow to help strengthen and release tired achy feet. This targeted myofascial release, trigger point therapy and fun foot flow is ideal for you if you wear clunky winter boots, dainty yet damaging high heels, ski boots or if your suffer from shin splints, plantar fasciitis or painful bunions. This session is suitable for all levels and experience. Registration includes a printout of the session for your home practice.
