Booking Policies
1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
2. The estimated balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
3. A Reconciliation Invoice will be issued within 5 days following the event reflecting any difference between estimated and actual costs.
4. All food and beverage, provided exclusively by Strathmere.
5. No personal alcohol is permitted in the licensed areas.
6. When children are in attendance and the pool is being used a lifeguard is required, at additional charge
