Our
country estate offers a refreshing change for meetings
from 10 to 150 participants. Strathmere is ideal for
business planning and decision-making sessions when
the need exists for uninterrupted privacy and flexible
scheduling.
The historic Inn, the Lodge and the
Garden House all have excellent, well-equipped private
meeting rooms, with plenty of windows overlooking the
gardens and fields. Most have fieldstone fireplaces
and patios leading out to our 200 acres of beautiful
countryside. The Gathering Place, outdoor ping pong,
volleyball and horseshoes are just some of the unique
on-site activities. Strathmere's own Country Challenge
is an excellent teambuilding event that has been specially
designed for every season, and can be combined with
a meeting or social event.

Outdoor Meeting Spaces!
Break down the walls and move your workshop outside! Scattered throughout the 200-acre estate are several outdoor meeting spaces. In addition to your indoor meeting room (with plenty of windows and country vistas), we will also make available outdoor spaces for you and your group to use for the day or part of the day, at no extra charge. Strathmere's outdoor meeting spaces offer a creative, stimulating and relaxed enviornment for learning, while Mother Nature offers the chirping birds, blue skies, and warm summer breezes.
